At Email it, We are all about satisfaction. We want our customers to be more than satisfied with our products and services. So we offer a complete initial 7 day money-back gaurantee if our software failed to deliver your expectations (NO questions asked).

Simple Terms:

– If you have not sent more than 100 emails using our system, FULL refund will be granted.
– If you have sent more than 100 emails using our system, PARTIAL refund will be granted.
(This is calculated by the number of emails you sent).

More Details:

The 7-day money back guarantee applies to all the plans offered on our website (non profit, pay as you go, price by emails and price by subscribers). It does not apply to installation services, development customization, reseller credit, or consulting services. Once we have begun work on your project, all fees are fully earned and worked on till we meet your satisfaction. There are no refunds on these services. This refund policy is applicable to customers who are starting out with us and it’s not applicable to those who’ve stayed with us in excess of a month.

How to launch a request for refund?

A request for refund must be initiated through the standard customer support ticketing system within the refund period (7 days). Requests for refund not initiated prior to the end of the refund period will not be honored. Refund requests initiated other than through the Support Desk, including attempted charge-back prior to a refund request, will not be honored. All refund requests must contain the following information:

Name and email address used at purchase,
item purchased, and
Transaction ID

Refund requests that do not contain the required information will be delayed as we cannot process refunds without this information. The Buyer understands that all rights to send email campaigns are terminated when the plan is refunded.
