Do I have to pay yearly or Can I pay monthly?

You can pay monthly or yearly according to your convenience. Currently, yearly payments can be done by contacting us since we will also give you special discounts.

How many emails can I send?

This depends on the ‘plan’ you’ve purchased. If you purchased 100 Emails/Month plan. You can send 100 Emails for that month in whatsoever form you choose (Autoresponders, Triggers, Campaigns). Its all up to you but be sure to remember that your unused email credit will NOT be passed on to next month. If you have purchased non-expiring credit, then you can send as many emails as the amount of credit you have purchased.

How do I renew my plan?

You can easily do this from the control panel. Just click the “Get more Credit” link at the top-right corner of the screen and follow the steps.

Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of the month?

Yes! You can do this from the control panel. But the emails limit wont include unused credit you had on your account. Say you have purchased 100 Emails/Month plan and you would like to upgrade to 250 Emails/Month. Your account after the upgrade will only allow you to send 250 Emails. It does NOT include 100 emails you haven’t used in that month. So, we encourage you to finish off those 100 email credits and then upgrade your account.
